Simplifying the Chaos of your Financial Plan for

Successful Individuals

Have you Reached Success in Accumulating, but can’t quite coordinate all the moving parts in financial picture?

Let's face it... most successful retirees, executives and entrepreneurs know how to be successful at their business in their industry.  This does not necessarily mean they have learned how to navigate all the complex tax laws and estate management strategies to optimize their wealth.

If they have, they simply would not have the time to take their careers and business where they would want it to go. Most successful entrepreneurs have learned the importance of focusing on their own individual abilities, while outsourcing responsibilities, that are not their strengths, to knowledgeable professionals.

You are likely solicited weekly by a number of people who would just love to manage your hard earned assets. The problem is that there are very few professionals that will invest the time to learn and understand your wants, desires and needs before they make recommendations for these assets and income.

Successful individuals need to have a clear, formalized road map addressing issues such as:

  • Strategy for where and how retirement dollars are to be accessed
  • How assets are to be passed at death
  • Tax efficiency
  • Asset protection
  • Immediate access to money for consumption and business opportunities

Initiating Contact
Before any mutual commitment to engage Meredith’s services, you spend time having genuine dialogue with Meredith regarding the people and passions closest to you, what drives you and the impact or mark you want to make during and after your lifetime.

Engagement

Meredith extracts from this dialogue the areas to focus planning and summarizes the tasks at hand to get started. This way everyone is on the same page regarding the scope of the engagement. Upon confirmation that everyone is on the same page and our styles work for each other, Meredith determines the annual engagement retainer fee.  The fee entitles the client to the planning process, regardless of the number of meetings to complete the financial plan.  Some cases only require 3 meetings, some 33.  With the engagement, you have access to Meredith and her team, until the plan is complete.

Formulating the Plan

Upon receipt of the planning retainer and agreement, Meredith’s staff will schedule the first meeting to begin the process of additional fact finding, education on the basics of the client’s existing financial status and the beginnings of plan to move forward.  As the client, you drive the process and how quickly it is completed.  Some clients are comfortable meeting every other week, some need more time, depending on schedules.

We consider where you want to go, what you want to accomplish, what we have to work with and what you are willing to do to make things happen. We “figuratively” break down all the parts of your current plan, evaluate and discuss the pro and cons, as they relate to the objectives at hand (liquidity, asset protections, estate transfer, wealth preservation, entity exit strategies, etc.) of each component and then orchestrate all the moving parts so you can take action in the areas you choose, with whom you choose.

Implementation

Upon completing the map or plan, you have the option to implement the plan with MeredithMeredith is very action and results oriented. If you choose to implement the plan with Meredith have her to “quarterback” to the process. She is direct, bold and understands that each client has unique planning needs.  Many clients have a plan, but are lacking that person to facilitate the implementation of all the moving parts to STREAMLINE THE CHAOS OF WEALTH, so the client is free to focus on their own strengths.

Not a “hit and run” relationship

With her focus on comprehensive planning, Meredith has a requirement in doing business – ongoing reviews are mandatory.  Depending on the client’s case, we do annual, semi-annual or quarterly reviews on an ongoing basis.  Once the plan is complete, Meredith and the client make a decision as to the appropriate frequency.  Of course if other financial situations occur in the interim that require the meeting, Meredith is available for a meeting.  It is of utmost importance that the client cares more about their financial position more than Meredith.  As such, we ask that client’s sign the attached “Rules of Engagement”.
