Our Process

I’m here to guide you through the often overwhelming process of creating an insurance and financial blueprint. Since every family’s financial situation is unique, I implement what I call a fact finder to learn as much as I can about you and your financial goals, as well as to review your individual situation and personal objectives. The more I know about you, the more precise recommendations I can make, thus, the more I can help you. As a result, I may take some time to discuss your hopes, dreams and objectives—the things that really matter to you. I will also work with you to:

  1. Analyze and review your needs. As needed, I will work with you to identify and prioritize your objectives, and then help you establish benchmark goals. This is important because we live in a world of unlimited choices; people often fail to achieve their objectives because they try to accomplish too much at once, or they don’t attach specific deadlines to their goals. By breaking down your goals into specific objectives, you can look at available resources and decide which goals are realistic, which need to be adjusted and scaled down and which simply must be abandoned.

  2. Develop and implement a strategy to help you achieve your goals. Based on our conversations and fact finder analysis, I can recommend insurance and financial products that can help you achieve your financial goals.

  3. Coordinate your financial activities. Once we review your projected goals, I can coordinate your insurance and financial activities for you with the other members of your financial, tax and legal team.

  4. Monitor progress and provide ongoing service as your needs and situation change over time. Since planning is not a one-shot deal, strategies will need to be adjusted periodically as your life changes. Over the years, I will work with you to help keep your program on track to complement your changing needs.

The Comprehensive Planning Process

The Comprehensive Planning Process is a system that is designed to help co-ordinate and orchestrate the many aspects of a client's financial life into a cohesive whole. The objective is to give a better sense of where they are, where they want to go, and how to get there.

The following graph illustrates the many dimensions.

The Challenge:
Most people have many resources and multiple advisers, but their advisers aren’t acting together as a team and their resources aren’t coordinated.  The client is often left to orchestrate the entire process themselves without adequate knowledge, time, or desire.  They often don’t know what they don’t know.  What’s needed is a central point for all relevant information to flow to and from.

Moore & Associates is not in the business of  giving tax, legal or accounting advise.  Clients should consult with their own advisors for tax, legal and accounting advise.
