Key Points to Maximize Time Together:

 

 

Please be prepared for each meeting, providing required documents no less than 3 days prior to our appointment. Having all the appropriate documents or information ensures that we fully understand your situation and your resources.

If you rely on your children or other person to assist you with your decisions, they should also attend all meetings.

Please be on time to all appointments, and if you need to reschedule, please do this no less than five business days prior to the scheduled appointment.

Continual rescheduling or lack of preparation will lead to discontinuing our relationship. To customize a plan specifically for you and your financial goals,
I rely on you.

Be honest about your situation and concerns.

Provide accurate information about all your current resources and accounts.

Provide your most recent wills, tax returns, group benefit books, corporate documentation, etc.
Let us know of any changes in objectives, risk tolerance, family dynamics and asset acquisition/disposals, etc.
Initiate appointments when situations change or a review is desired.
Understand that this is a collaborative effort that requires both parties to initiate contact and communicate as needed via phone or email.{attach document called “rules of engagement”.

You are welcome to fax or email for Meredith to review and comment, or to hold in your file until your next appointment. If you do this, please be sure to note on the fax the action you would like our office to take.

For secure mailing, we do have an overnight account number for you to use for send us important documents. We can provide this information for you, upon request.

Office hours and appointment times
Our office is open 8:30a.m. to 4:30p.m., Monday through Friday.  However, all business is conducted by appointment only.  Meredith can also be accessible via cell phone and e-mail most other times.  Please call first if you need to come into the office. We periodically close our office for off-site education and holidays.

Meetings range in time from 30-120 minutes, depending on the meeting agenda and objectives and are held at Meredith’s office or via telephone.

Tuesdays  from 8:30AM-4:00PM

Wednesdays from 8:30AM-4:00PM

Thursday from 8:30AM-4:00PM

Friday from from 8:30AM-12:00PM

Due to this appointment schedule, Meredith returns calls and works on client financial plans during the remaining time on Mondays and Fridays and is not available for appointments.

WMS gives Meredith the ability to create and monitor your financial plan based on current updated information, resulting in more efficient and effective planning. You'll also be able to have integrated reports to see your current financial situation at any time.
